Is my wife going to love that, for our anniversary, or what?

im am so excited about this show that is coming up! ready for the date? here it is…….. oct 16th, starts at 6pm at the honokaa salvation army building. there will be some great bands playing, food and a LIVE CHICKEN SHOW. and much much more! If you happen to be in hawaii on the big island ( you know, just kind of happen to be in the neighborhood kind of thing) please stop by!! its going to be so much fun, the show will consist of my fabulous trained chickens and several movies that i have made about the aydellon. did you know you could do traditional looking animation in photoshop? neither did i, but you can! a lot of people have been wondering how i do the comic, i will post later how it is all done, but basically i really try to keep it looking like it is hand drawing and not all slick and shiny. heres a run cycle of a chicken, see? does it not look like its hand drawn? pretty neato huh? … okay well its not disney quality but you get the idea.

This is SO not cool!
U.S. Senator Joe Lieberman is proposing a new bill, which will give the White House and President Obama “absolute power” to shut down the entire internet if there is “a cybersecurity emergency.”
The bill, which is formally titled the Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act, or PCNAA will require that “broadband providers, search engines, or software firms immediately comply with any emergency measure or action put in place by the Department of Homeland Security, or else face fines.”
Lieberman defends the bill, saying:
“For all of its ‘user-friendly’ allure, the Internet can also be a dangerous place with electronic pipelines that run directly into everything from our personal bank accounts to key infrastructure to government and industrial secrets. Our economic security, national security and public safety are now all at risk from new kinds of enemies–cyber-warriors, cyber-spies, cyber-terrorists and cyber-criminals.”
He has a point, but this also sounds like just another Big Brother tactic to limit our free speech. If there is a cyber emergency, would shutting off the internet be the wisest choice??
Thoughts??
okay this is not my blog. this is paris hiltons blog. thats a pretty smart blog doncha think? i mean seriously i never knew that was going on. wow . i just give silly thoughts but heres paris with this little tibbet for today. and to think i was just going to make some joke about a chicken a rooster and an egg and than maybe talk about my kids finding a toad and hitting it with a stick. On Saturday last, I had dinner at a local Chinese restaurant. My fortune read:
“You will gain admiration from your pears.”
my fruit is gonna tell me they admire me for eating them? why do i always get these strange fortune cookie messages? no matter where i go when ever i eat one of those little buggers the message is always bizarre. does this happen to anyone else? is this some sort of joke?
i went to a place in california and lo and behold another weird fortune. it read:
‘I couldn’t repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder’.
is that even a fortune?? whats going on here? maybe thats the trend now, funny fortune cookies. my wife gets normal fortunes. so do my kids.
but i get this:
Give me the strength to change the things I can, the grace to accept the things i cannot, and a great big bag of money.
yep, i really did get that one. i keep them in a jar. must be a new trend. im sure you get those too. dont you?

take a look of this awesome photo of me dressed up as the batman for the huge comic con in hawaii this week. i think i really captured the dark gritty look of a determined crime fighter. seriously it looks like something from the movies doesn’t it? and just so you know, thats a root beer in my hand.

Here I am at the 2010 Great Hawaiian comic convention. We had a record number this year, FOUR! You can see how excited the fans are to get their picture taken with their favorite comic artist. I didn’t have the heart to tell them that I did not draw “Garfield." Good times, good times.
Well our dairy goat should have her babies any day now! That means milk for everyone! Don’t turn up your nose, goat milk is great! I love living on a farm and I love having goats and chickens and geese and chickens and ducks and chickens! Yes sir, we are living the farm life and loving it! So if I tell you that I found a poor lost little brown cow, you can rest assured I’m not talking about some silly facebook game. I don’t play farm.
i live it.
Any who….Every ten pages I want to add a new page called back stage with the cast. This will give the cast koa, Ku and the rest of the gang a chance to interact with the readers. As you will see the cast are the cartoon actors that are in the Aydellon and as such they enjoy getting letters and feedback. In theater this called “breaking the fourth wall” and I love doing this! The cast will be also announcing a contest so stay tuned for that the prize will be an original signed drawing! Whoo hoo! There has been some confusion about Ku’s character. Is he a good guy? Is he bad? Well you’ll just have to see, as I always said about Ku, he is what he is. Okay I have to go work on my go-kart. Gulp!
here’s an actual production model sheet. wow!
here is a model sheet of KOA. its supposed to keep him looking the same in each page!

I am doing everything for the first time this month! Writing my first blog. My first time slaughtering a sheep. My first time making a soapbox racer.
And this is the part that really scares me. A soap box racer. For those that know me, you know that I do not know how to use a hammer. I never cared and now here I am a large hairy man that cannot make things like tree houses and go-karts. It’s sad really. Can anyone else relate? I don’t know how to use power tools and I can’t fix cars and other mechanical stuff. But this month I AM GOING TO BUILD A GO-KART. For my children and myself. I looked up the plan on the net and it looks really hard. What the heck is an axel? I thinking I don’t have to follow the plans, I’ll just wing it, you know. I’m a pretty creative guy I don’t need to make it all complicated. Do I? It’s going to be beautiful I can just see it. I don’t know why all the design plans have to look so complicated, I mean c’mon the kids in the 50’s didn’t do it like that did they? The only thing I can’t seem to figure out is the brakes. I’m really excited about the direction of the Aydellon and can’t wait to show you all the cool characters I have in store!
Your pal le0
